ught oh, found a flaw in Firefox... clicked on your attached thumb "Error launching web broswer window:no XBL Binding for Browser" :(

Works for me.
Are you sure you uninstalled/deleted your old version? It might also be a good idea to use the Backup Tool I mentioned earlier in this thread, make a backup of your profile folder, delete the profile folder, and restore it after doing a clean install of the browser in it's own folder.
That way you'll have all your bookmarks, saved passwords, setting etc, but you'll avoid the hassle of bugs migrating over due to incompatibilities with the old profile.

Hmmm Firefox??? A bit of a naff name there! but who really cares when its still a great browser! All i need is a new G.A.N.T icon for firefox now.......

Hehe, while I did prefer the name Firebird, you simply have to love the new icon. And hey, what's in a name? It's still the greatest browser out there, and it's not even at 1.0 yet. I know I'll eventually come to love the new name as well. :)

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
