man is her box a mess...dialup aol, no updates, including sp1

no antivirus

no antispyware

well, I'm gettng herbox cleaned up as far as viri, but I don'r kno how bad it is yet, as I can't do an online scan, it's too slow dialup

first things first.

she moved her taskbar by mistake, to the right of the screen, and I've tried averything, but can't move it back

yes, I unlocked the e=taskbar, and yes, I'm grabbing just the right spot under the start button

any ideas?

try holding the left click in the system tray and dragging
its seems to be a bit more sensitive than under the start button

Just make sure it's unlocked.

Right click on area of it>make sure lock taskbar is not ticked, as tick is removed by click on lock taskbar, then left (if mouse is right handed or right if left handed) click down on task bar and move it, to where you want it.

well, as I said, the taskbar is unlocked, and I did try to lock it and unlock it.

can't drag from the tray either

[edit]To late - doh! .. Anyhow Going into safe mode and do it from there should work also ...[/edit]

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
