Moving temporary Internet files folder

IE6 seems to refuse to let me move this folder - when I go into the setting to try to do this, it has a blank line where the current location should be, and Amount of Disk Space is set to 0 MB, regardless of where I drag the slider. Trying to move the folder gives me an error about not enough space to move the files - I've already told it to delete all files/offline content and cookies. On top of this, IE is performing insanely slow, and seems to freeze for around half to one minute each time I click in it's window, whether it's a link or a toolbar button or menu. Any way to fix this?

try to increase the size of the folder, restart, then try to move it

It wouldn't let me increase its size.

Doesn't matter, seemed a reboot fixed it anyway.
