I can't believe some of the **** that was pulled off in this movie! At a certain part I was in tears and the audience was laughing so hard it was hard to hear the dialogue in the movie.

In short, it is the funniest movie I've ever seen. A must see.

4.5/5 Grandmaster Stars

P.S. Beware if you are easily offended. The theatre I was at had a few people leave.

Oh man, I was gonna go see this friday too but changed plans at the last minute.

I'm putting this at the top of my to do list. :)

moo

Did you stand up and laugh at those leaving?

Wanna see this and Casino Royale :)

edit: haha apparently "Re: Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan" is too long a title so I couldn't reply ;p

I had the same issue with the reply when I tried last night, was a bit too tipsy to understand the error message :p

Movie does look great, hope to catch it soon :D

I've never seen anything remotely funny about that character, he makes me cringe to be honest :speechless:

ive been a borat fan forever, the movie was great, funniest ever, but i kinda wish it was like a straight to dvd, now everytime i talk like borat ill get the, "oh yea that guy from that movie" and now everyone and there mom will act like borat, just like napoleon dynamite....

True sign of a success when people do that though, stop h8tin!

I had a lit prof ask our class to write a one page paper on Borat for extra credit :p

Anyway, I'm certain that one particular scene will go down as one of the best cinematic moments in history. It was special.

My god people do that! I'm still amazed so many people saw that film it was rubbish.

Bits and pieces of the Borat film look amusing from the various trailers, but then thats exactly like the Ali G tv series as well. Some stuff was funny, other bits weren't. C'est la vie.

Well I went and saw this movie this last weekend. I have to say... It had its moments. I laughed a lot, but I was ashamed a whole lot more. I think he tried to hard to be offensive, or maybe its something else. I'm a really laid back guy, not offended easily.... but even this movie had me shaking my head a few times.

Worth seeing, but not paying the nine bucks for a movie ticket. Wait for the DVD, and I'm sure there will be all sorts of fun extras on there too.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
