Mouseover effects

First feedback - Mouseover effects - AAARGH!

In the thread overview there is an irritating mouseover effect, in that mouseover effect is the first post. Can this be turned off?

I think our names could be smaller in post view. Also, where do I add my avatar? Maybe I am blind.

I understand EP it's not a priority. I hope you'll able to get the database back up, if not, I hope everyone is willing to their shoulders under it to make this a great website once more again! Oh and make backups :run:

The avatars have been enabled now as far as I can see, heh
