I dont have the advanced settings tab when i'm in the properties of my mouse. So do you know how can i change the sample rate??

Don't think you can in a NT based OS

The setting should be there under controlpanel - mouse - hardware - properties - advanced settings. It is not available if you use a USB-mouse, I heard.

sample rate is how fast the mouse updates isn't it? the option that you are talking about is how fast the mouse accelerates across the screen, I'm not sure thats what he's looking for. could be wrong tho wouldn't be the first or the last time
