Mouse DblClick=Search???

In Windows XP everything worked fine, until i rebooted 10 minutes ago or so, and now Mouse Double Click opens a search. I went to "File Types" and tried to change the default action, but it was already on "open."

Also there is a change in the menu I get when I right click the desktop. It says "Search" in bold letters.

HELP!

whoops, should have said When I right click FOLDERS... not the desktop.

Open up you registry and go to these two places:-

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell

and double-click the (Default) in the right hand side and type:-
none
