Mouse and Keyboard freezes

I've just put together 2 brand new PC's, almost the same.
XP 1800+, K7T266 Pro2 MS-6380 board and Win XP...

I have a problem with my dad's :O(
In XP it will sudden Hang. No response from the Mouse or Keyboard. There is still light in the keyboard and XP are still running.

I can't see the problem...?

Please help.... :O)

uninstal the devices in device manager, and reboot so they are redetected.
Are they PS\2 or USB. ?

how do you know its the keyboard and mouse?
Can it not be the whole machine
or is there stuff happening when it hangs?

Animations are still running when the machine hangs. Xp will shutdown when I push the power button on the computer.

Both are PS/2 and Logitech.
Logitech Internet keyboard and Pilot wheel Mouse...

I will try uninstalling them in device manager.

Iam useing the Logitech Keyboard there are new drivers on the Logitech web site.
There maybe updated drivers for the mouse as well.
