Help,
I just bought a HP-Pavilion-a1528x PC with Windows-XP/Media Center edition. The problem I have is when I install Motrola Phone Tools (MPT 4.04 ver.) it works untill i go to Media Studio within MPT 4.04. When i go to transfer media, windows does not recognize the phone connected via the USB port. What can I do?
