Well that depends on the features you want on your motherboard. I also would think depending on your needs that a Intel DDR motherboard for a Pentium 4 would not be that bad
Overclocking features for one and probably a few others. I don't see an intel board being a viable option. In the past they were bought for their ultra stability, and I guess they still are. But if you're buying an asus board with an intel chipset I can't see why the same stability can't be acheived, at a much cheaper price and sporting more features...
