More than 3 items on quicklaunch?

Is it possible to have more than three items in the quicklaunch (instead of having to click that double arrow thing) ?

Yes, right click on the taskbar and uncheck the "lock taskbar" and move the little arrows to where you want.

Yes. In other words, resize it. hover your mouse over the row of double dots until you get the resize indicator and then drag it as large as you'd like.
