Hardly a person knows the actual "Moores (not a) Law, most only know the first part.
The "actual" law from "Moore" covers all bases and cannot possibly fail;
Looks like he covered the bases for every contingence:
Paraphrased, that reads like so
“It might slow down, it might speed up, it might end, it’s likely to last ten years but may not, but it might last Moore (see what I did there?) than ten years
“That’s my (not a) law and I’m sticking to it” said Moore
