Monitor Problems

I was playing my ever crashing game Star Wars Galaxies, when I got two different problems. The monitor turned off and that was new, then I got a different error the monitor stated that it was "out of range 30htz? This is very strange, and any ideas would be appreciated.

I've had a similar problem with MAME back in the old DOS days. The refresh rate was simply too low for my monitor (IIyama); it gave me the same error you have, and the screen turned black.

Your monitor is not broken, it just cannot display the low refresh. Try updating your game, or try another monitor that can display at 30Hz.

Kind regards,
Willem Moolenaar

what graphics card have you got with this, it could be that you need some sort of refresh rate fix

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
