module error

a friend of mine installed Windows XP Pro on his computer,
on boot up he get the error VvQTWK . Has anyone seen this error
or know anything about it..It appears to be a DLL problem but
there is not DLL names this...your help is appreciated..thanx

can you give the exact error message (maybe a screenshot). It would help much, cause I can't find anything about this error
