Missing send to cdwriter on sendto menu

When i right click a file to be burnt to disc using xp's on s/ware all i get listed is my dvdwriter as the choice,but not my cdwriter,it was there about a week ago,but its dissappeared,and ideas how to fix it.Many thanks.

Open windows explorer, find the burner & right click/properties/recording. See if the box is ticked.

If you have two writers in windows XP only one of the drives will be able to record with the built in writing software. This is not so with third party software such as Nero or easy cd, actually with most third party software you can actually write to both recorders at the same time. See screen shots...

Point is........it's not just a tick box. When you tick one the other unticks itself. You'll have to go with drz01's suggestion if you want both burners showing up.
