Hi all. I use Outlook Express. However, I ran the Office XP update today, together with the Word update, and I've now lost OE. Can't find it anywhere on the 'puter. Outlook has appeared instead. Any ideas on how to restore OE?

Thanks in advance for your help.

is the folder c:\program files\outlook express there, if so is msimn.exe in there - if that is run it.

If it doesn't run or isnt there, reinstall Internet Explorer, that will reinstall Outlook Express.

It should still be there so when you find it & have made another shortcut bring OE up. Then when it says do you want to make it the default application click yes. Outlook should not bother you from then on.

Thanks for the really quick responses. Dragon Eye's method worked just fine, and I'm back in business. What a great group. Thanks again.

Joel:)
