missing menu bar...etc.

it seems that i have lost the Menu bar and Standard tool bar from the words 2000 on window xp PackardBell Imedia. Can somebody help please. Cheers🙁 XAZ

This is probably not as easy as it sounds, but..

is there an option in the 'view' menu to bring them back?

Try putting the Cd in & choosing repair. If that feature is not there reinstall it.
