Minimize button on toolbar?

How do I recover or make a new button for my tool bar to force me to minimize all my windows and take me back to my desktop?

I accidentally deleted my other one and wanted to create a new one.

Anyone can help me out?

Assuming you use Windows XP or 2000, extract and copy this file in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
