Minidump/XML -- Sudden Reboots when running game apps?

Ok, this is a bit frusterating.

The last three new games I tried to install (Startrek: command, warlords battlecry, and jedi outcase) Would install completely, then try and start the application.. at which point my computer would auto reboot, and when it came back up, it would have a "windows has recovered from a serious error" message. And then either the program install completely dissapeared, or did the same thing again when I try and run the program..

Thoughts???

you have to goto control panel, system, advanced, startup and recovery

once in there disable auto reboot upon error, thaway instead of a reboot you will get a blue screen with an error message and a stop code, just post that message here and we can help you figure out what the problem might be 🙂

Go to start the program, resolution changes as if to go into game.

Get this

Thats it, blue screens and locks my system no matter what game.. all other programs seem to work fine..

Any thoughts?

Well, since I fixed it myself.. I thought Id let people know..

I completely uninstalled my video card and reinstalled it again, using the original XP driver.
