Microsoft Windows Patches

Hi guys ...

I am looking to download the security patches for both Windows 95 and Windows 98. I'd remember there is a URL last time that list down all the downloads accordingly, for both OS and so that we do not need to download them every single time we wanna patch a PC. Can anyone help me out to find the link please?

Been searching around microsoft.com but couldn't find a single clue to it though .. : (

Found the site but couldn't find some of the patches ... mostly IE6 related patches ..
