Messenger not running

I can't work it out, it's totally doing my head in!!!!

Messenger only works on admin account, I did have it working on the other accounts, but then it suddenly decided to stop.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

heh had that problem upgrading my bro's machine
what i did was let his account have admin privelges, go into that account, and install msn
then go back into admin, and limit his user account
works fine now
