Got a problem!!!!!

I bought 3 512MB Market grade SDRAM for my Asus P4B Mobo.
When I install them and boot, Once I get to the XP welcome screen the computer reboots over and over again.

I checked the memory and all r ok.

But if I install only 2 of the 512 and one 256, it runs with no problems.

The board supports up to 3gig ram.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you checked the motherboard manual to see that there are no restrictions on what slots you can fill and what slots they should be in? Are there only 3 slots?

Have you tried running with each memory module individualy?

yes I have
all the chips work
but not all together

as far as i know they need to be registerd modules to support over 1 gig. or is that no more than 3 sticks unregisterd  umm i'm gunna shut up now.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
