Memory Error????

hey all... I keep recieving this message when playing medal of honor... I also get it for other programs occasionaly as well?? any ideas plz?? I cant find anywhere what this error means!!!

Application popup: Medal of Honor Allied Assault: MOHAA.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x310de436" referenced memory at "0x00000020". The memory could not be "read".

Try running a memory testing application like memtest-x86.

that means

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

try rebooting and make shure not appz load up at start up

MSCOFIG>SELECTIVE STARTUP>UnCheck Load System files at startup
