Media Player On Web Pages ??

Hi,

Hope someone can answer this simple but annoying problem, i cant seem to play any wav files which are on web pages, the embed src files ? im using Media Player 9, are they any settings im missing as i cant hear anything as it just shows up with a white box with a red cross where the player should be.

Is it just the one web site that you are trying to play wave files ?
r u downloading the wave files as u play it (i.e. streaming)?

If its only the one website, it could just be there server playing up
