I took an MCSE course and got one MCP underway before I started my job.
Just after I got my job, I also took on OSNN which means I consider myself lucky if I get one night away in some form. All good tho as I learn just as much at both work and on the site to deal with the "Microsoft way" of managing and implementing networks.
