Maximum window size in Windows XP

I have this program called ObjectDock. Along with it I got ObjectBar. I installed these two programs (with a good theme) to create a MacOSx view of my desktop (Windows XP Pro), but I have a slight problem. I have understand that the maximum size for a window in MacOSx, stretches out to the bottom bar, in my case the ObjectDock. But when maximizing a window in Windows XP, it goes behind my ObjectDock (I have set the ObjectDock to be always on top). I want to be able to choose the maximum window size in Windows, but how? Is there any registry setting for it? I have made a screenshot of my desktop to let you see what I mean.
