Max Payne problems...

I am getting constant screen filicker in max payne in win xp. i'm running it with a voodoo 5 and Dozer 3rd party drivers, anyone have any ideas what i can do? Or anyone had the probs or also is there any other better drivers out there??

have you tryed running the game in win2000 compatibility mode? or 98 compat mode? This may help, or fix the problem.
