Malware Problem with Internet Explorer 7

i can't remove this "http://xn--3zo1864a/" address it is set as my homepage but i didn't set it, i've already used delete browsing history and even window washer, i've tried to set it blank but when i open it just the same it will go to
this site "http://xn--3zo1864a/" <---(this page is blank) i hope you can help me find a way on how solve this. thanks in advance...

download "ad-aware se" and "spybot search and destroy" and run full scans
