Making XP look like Windows 98

I'm trying to make Windows XP look like older versions (mostly 98). Here's what I've done so far. Any ideas on what else to change? (icons, bmps, etc.)

Just a curious question : Why on earth would you want to do this?
I got away from 98 because I hated it, I'll never go back.

Man, I would love to see someone try to make XP look like win 3.1 . But hey when you get it to look like win98 can ya make a theme file? I would like to check it out.

it's not just a theme. i had to edit explorer.exe, shell32.dll, and several file types.
