How can I make the icon text background transparent?

It's all in black with white text, I need white text with transparent background.

How do I change this back?

1.)Open System Properties in Control Panel, choose the Advanced tab, and click Settings in the Performance section. Turn on the Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop option, and click Ok.

2.) You can also try MicroAngelo (v5.5 or later), which allows you to change the text color, configure custom icons, and change other aspects of Windows.

3.) Another utility of this type is WindowFX.

Hope this helps...
:)

P.S, nice Unreal site!

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
