Well, to keep things a little short, I am looking for an application/utility/tweak that can allow me to dock a shortcut window ala MacOS 9.x.
Here is what I mean. It is a "tab" that when clicked on will expand to show the contents of the folder.

I don't want a pop-up menu of shortcuts like this:
I am a long time macintosh user and graphic designer. I just recently built a windows xp box for games some applications that arent on the mac platform, so dont' flame me because it is a waste of time. I've heard it all before and you're not going to convince me that macs suck. Each platform has advantages.
I am used to the mac interface and want to make navigating through windows xp easier for me.
