lower choke on cs

ok i dont know whats going on but is there a way to get rid of choke. i never use to have it now i have it on every server

ive already done rate "9999", cl_update "40" and cl_cmdrate "40"

and i see that your from the e l k. know of any servers in the sacto area?

yeah i got loads of choke ever since i put my new gfx card in my other computer, its a 128mb Ge-Force 3 btw

nah, don't really look for any sacto servers. when i play, i usually pick something random. though playing on a nearby server would be neat if it had other sacramento area people in it. you know of any, cky?
