Low FPS on high-end machine ! help!

I live on London Road about 5 mins from Safeway by the round about that leads to Eccleshall road, about a 15 min walk into the city centre.

your fps can only go as high as your monitor hz are set to correct? if you disabled vsync and ur monitor is still set at 60hz you will only get 60 fps in games right?

at least tell me what I am not supposed to have a clue about...

was making observations... I just wanted to find out what was going on all of a sudden syrus was bad and unisol was not a happy camper...

Only 60 fps will hit your eyes, yes.
