looking for Powerpoint like soft

I'm looking for something like powerpoint that will allow for a smoth fade from slide to slide, I don't think powerpoint can do can it! If so, can someone explain how?

actually I just found the option but its not smooth at all...

are thgere like extensions to powerpoint, i need something smoother, its for a presentation involving a very soft design...

anyone?
