Looking for a good file splitter rebuilder

I have a .bin file to split.. what program to you guys recommend to split files... something without spyware of course

HJSplit 2.2 Used it only once, but seems to be ok. No spyware as far as I know.

Thread resurrection gone mad! No not really, anothe ronline contact asked for somehting like this and a thing in my head went "nudge" because I do believe someone on OSNN had such a utility in their sig - and it was not HJSplit either. So if my head "bump" was right could the proud/humble vendor of such shareware step up and declare themselves?

I don't know what the other thing is, but i second HJsplit. Or just RAR it
