Longhorn PDC Review

Almost three days have passed since the PDC build first appeared. Whilst there are many screenshots and a lot of information floating around, noone has yet written a complete review.

I thought I would do something original this time. Rather than the usual article/screenshot, I have prepared a small video-based review.

This is PART 1 - dealing with the installation. I will be releasing Part 2 hopefully tommorow, which will deal with the actual LH features and interface (when I can get the dammned thing to boot properly).

Many thanks to all those that helped, and a special thanks goes to Microsoft for releasing the sneak-preview of this upcoming operating system at the PDC. Whilst there are still quite a few bugs, it is important to understand this is a very early build - the majority of glitches will be ironed out by the time we buy the final (in 2006?).

My install ran fine. None of the problems that he had.

That voice gives me love and chills at the same type. Well I want longhorn to be complete and at least 7 months before a damn patch.
