Logo's, What Program used?

Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Corel Draw could all do things like that.

[blatant plug] check out htp://www.xsivforce.com for more great logos, flash intros and full web pages[/plug]

To add to the list, illustrator -> photoshop. :)

-edit- either they used a filter or used some sort of 3D app then imported that into something like photoshop, psp, ect.

You can do that with photoshop using styles and filters :D

ahh kool thx, i was on about the 3d effect they have what program would do that?

Kinda easier after that i done that lol :)

if you are serious and you are doing a logo... you need to create in it Illustrator since it do it as a vector. That way it can be resized to anything and not loose any quality. You can always import it into Photoshop (my recommendation) for web use or certain print work. For banners, printing in high quality magazines then Illustrator is one to use.

Kool i''l loook for that Plugin for a Radom Site i makein lol

Ye need Logo for Work Business Cards and Side of a Van and a Website Logo for Work will Look in to Illustrator :)
