Login In RegEdit Help

Hiya Guys (And Gals)

I recently modified my Login screensaver as discussed HERE But somehow i lost the auto Moniter powerdown functions. Now i am tring to figure out what regedit or reg keys i need to make the moniter power shutdown after so many minutes.

I tried
HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
PowerOffActive 1
PowerOffTimeOut 120

But to no avail. Any suggestions on what i should do?

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\PowerCfg\GlobalPowerPolicy

Might be the answer but i am no good at binary hex edits

right click on your desktop press properties then go to screen saver and press power

That is for when someone is logged in NOT The login screen i am talking about..
