Boot off your XP cd. Enter the recovery console (have your Administrator pass ready). Run fixmbr and fixboot from the command line to Remove LILO or any other linux bootloader. Then go into Windows, Computer Management->Disk Management and simply delete, recreate, and format the Linux partitions back to Windows
