link probs in explorer

when i click on a link, another window opens but only the explorer bar comes up, this also happens in private message boxes on forums, any ideas?

Do you have a screenshot of it? I don't really know what you mean.

any type of link that opens from another page will not open properly

as you can see it is showing (in the small link box) psp, as i was taking the screenshot. I,m am on cable (600kb) and have checked with them but there is no probs there and going direct to a page is ok, just linking
