im pretty sure i read about this somewhere....im looking to limit one of my pc's user access times so it can be logged on from 4 pm to 8 pm. any special way to do this?

thx!
Apu

PS: if possible, can one add a little
pop up window if u try to log on at
a non-allowed time?

You could use the net user /times command. Type net help user at a command prompt for the syntax. This will however only prevent a user from logging in at specific times, it will not log off a user.

This isn't much help now, but Longhorn will have these capabilities built into the OS as a user-friendly, calendar interface. You can have this capability now in the ways mentioned above, but it's not quite as simple as it will be someday. :)

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
