Limited Users need working program

Well i am in a bit of a jam i am saupposed to set up account for students to use for basic needs internet mail and office.. now they want mavis beacon typing thing.... thew install went fine yet when i run the app fromthe limited users account it wont start something about a C++ runtime no working.... Is there a wayto allow users to access programs that require rights and keep them at limited or a little above thankyou

I'm surprised that nobody has responded to you with an answer yet. I am curious about this myself, and I'm sure that the solution lies in the user accounts/permissions, but I don't know where specifically. Hopefully someone can help you out!
