This all in one printer worked ok with xp drivers i downloaded from thier site until a few days ok now i cannot get it to print anything get to the part where you connect USB cable and the divers installltion hangs treid everything delteted everything in the device manager reinstalled all devices,add new hardware, changed usb cable, installed a few times still no luck every time i uninstall i reboot my pc ANYBODY HELP PLEASE

try uninstalling norton and then install the printer.
Then reinstall norton.
this works most of the time

Thanks for the advice annie i reformatted my hard drive with xp bootup disks did not work, reformatted with winme did not work got hold of lexmark and they are sending me a new one
