LCD laptop monitor

hey everyone,
I have an old laptop laying around thats pretty much busted, although the lcd screen still works just fine...

In the next couple of months I'm going to be modding an old celeron 500mHz and was wondering if there was anyway to use the laptops lcd with the celeron. Keep in mind this is an old HP computer with onboard video, and lacking a AGP slot.

Is this possible, or should I just forget it?

Ive seen a mod on the net where a guy made a monitor out of a laptop LCD I just can't remember where. I'll try to find it and post the link back up here.
