Large Quicklaunch Icons?

how do i make my quicklaunch icons large? i've seen it done before...

also is there anyway that i can make it so i can put all my icons into a folder in the quicklaunch bar...say "applications" and then when i click on that folder (the "applications" icon) then it scrolls up and displays all my applications as a list?

1.) must disable "Lock the Taskbar"
2.) right click somewhere on the menu

To add launch bars

1.) right click startmenu goto: TOOLBARS>NEW TOOLBAR...
2.) select the folder you want to add to the bar
3.) modify the look how you see fit

To make ICONS large:
