Ok so here is one. I have been playing with this off and on
I have an IBM T60 notebook. it has an IR port on the front. its turned on and works for data.
Now left over from my MCE box is this HP IR MCE remote.
What i do is set my laptop up and plug it into a tv or projector and have music or games or movies.
anyways i want to get the remote to work in my Vista ultimate MCE
now i dont see a model on the remote but its a black MCE remote for the XP mce. it worked with any PC ir adaptor before. not sure why its not working now. with the nightvision on my camera i can see that they are both sending out a signle but the laptop does not do anything.
any ideas?
