Is there an option to change the language in photoshop, golive, or any of those? Say if I wanted to use the program in french, how would I change that?

There are no multi-language options in Photoshop - when you first install PS and select language that is only to view the End User License Agreement in the language of your choice. You have to purchase the photoshop language version (English, german, chines, etc...)- if you are currently using English and want to use French - you would need to purchase a French copy of Photoshop.
