stupid question for most users....
since installing xp my key board does not come up with what i press in the shift mode.
it is a normal board.
i know that some will think i am a dummy but i would like to get it sorted.

probably XP assuming you're american.

Go into your control panel, then regional settings, then languages, click details and make sure it's setup for the UK

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Do you mean when you press shift plus any letter it won't capatalize? That type of thing? Are both shift keys affected the same way?
