i recently rebooted my computer, and the keyboards kinda went abit odd. my entire config is messed up, so when i hit shift, and another key that isnt a letter, i get a different symbol to the one printed on the key. i tryed reinstalling the keyboard drivers, nothing.. any ideas people?

cheers

have a look here:

Start -> Control Panel -> Country settings -> language -> details

(translated from dutch)

There you can choose your keyboard lay-out. see what kindalyout you board is

guessing from the translation, i fiddled about with the menus, but nothings changed. any other ideas? maybe something a bit less... dutch?

fixed it, it had added 2 keyboards, one USA, one UK, and it was running off teh USA setting no matter how much i altered them. i just erased the USA keyboard, and its all working fine again.

thanks.

k this has to make it very simple, i hope this is less dutch :)

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?

Impressed you have kept this alive this long EP! So many sites have come and gone. :(

Just did some crude math and I apparently joined almost 18yrs ago, how is that possible???
