keyboard over-rides open IE window

my M$ keyboard shortcut opens IE in an already open IE window when i press it.

so if im listening to Internet Radio though a website, and if the window is not minimized it will take over that window with the "home page".

is there something i can add to the program "run" line


edit: nevermind, i just added quotes around the run line, and then added "-new" at the end of it

example: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -new

Not sure about how to change that shortcut, but you could just do a CTRL+N to open a new IE window if one is already open.
